What We've Been Up To...

Kim and I took a much need vacation or rather road trip that started June 19th. We traveled for 25 days through 14 states, and drove 5,150 miles. We saw a lot of new country and we met many different people along the way. The segregation in our country was very obvious. We met down to earth people that were eager to share their time with us so we could get to know one another and they were full of life. Conversely, we met people whose eyes were lifeless and they didn’t show any compassion for who they were or who we were. Those people were just there but they definitely were not full of life. This division reminded me of John 10:10 where Jesus said, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly”. It was very easy to see where people were in their life just by looking at their eyes and their demeanor. There are a lot of people that need prayer for their eyes and ears to be opened so they can see the majesty of their creator.
Jesus is the Truth

The other thing that became obvious to me was that I found that I could travel year around to share the Lord with people. Not only to share but to listen to them share what God has done for them, sometimes for the first time. It’s simply never gets old to see Holy Spirit at work in peoples lives and seeing tears of happiness flow, or the giddiness people experience when they experience Holy Spirit. It is very easy to understand how angels rejoice when somebody’s eyes are opened and they accept the truth. The truth as in John 14:6 where Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life…”
2nd Book Coming
I’ve started to write my second book so that’s taking up a lot of my writing time. It’s becomes a challenge for me to split my time, but I know how important it is to keep writing and posting articles while I’m writing a book. It just takes better time management on my part and being able to pull myself away from being totally engrossed with the book. I'm realizing some incredible things as I relive my youth, adult years and how God has been apart of my life the whole time. I haven't decided on or been given a title yet but I know it's coming.
God's Timing is Perfect

The other thing that I’ve received is confirmation after confirmation on that the vast majority of people want to hear about the Lord. I have an overwhelming desire, an urgent desire, to share my testimony to as many people as I can. I don’t quite know how that looks yet or how it’s going to happen, but I know it’s going to happen. I know because God told me so. I feel like a race horse standing in the starting gate after weeks and months of training and chomping at the bit to be turned loose to run. I definitely want to run with the gifts God had given me, I want to glorify Him with the mission He has set before me. At the same time, I don’t want to get ahead of God, I know there will be doors open in Him timing and during this chapter of my life I’d say I’m just about ready to enter the starting gate but time will tell. A couple of years ago now, God told me just to keep doing I’m doing, so that’s what I’m going to do until He turns me loose to run.
You and Your Vote are Important!

Lastly for now, Kim is running for House District 85 so we are back on the campaign trial. For those who have never done this before, it’s an arduous trail with a lot of twist, turns, roadblocks, traps and deceptions at many levels and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart. I have a lot of respect for my wife to take on this challenge and put herself on the line to represent the people of this county and Montana. For those who don’t know her, she’s a straight shooter, has a heart of gold, she knows what integrity is and sets the example for others to follow. She can't and won’t be bought. She listens and she does her own research and once she makes up her mind she’s like a bull dog to the finish. In her mind, right is right and wrong is wrong and most of all she loves the Lord and fears God. She may be tiny, but beware, she is lethal when it comes to matters of right vs wrong, ethical or unethical, her word is her honor and her hand shake still means something. Have no doubt, she will always choose God over man and she stands firm on the truth. If you see her, Kim Dailey, she’s always eager to talk so don’t be shy about saying “Hi” and telling her what’s on your mind. And, keep in mind, the primary election is June 2, 2026 and your vote is important so don’t let others decide who will represent you. Make your vote count.
